Savvy Nursery was founded by Tyler Morris in the spring of 2022. Tyler sought to change how houseplants were grown—reducing the use of single use plastics. Tyler, along with his gardening partner in crime, Kandis, have spent their weekends selling houseplants and urban gardening accessories at farmers markets & maker fairs throughout California. In 2023, Tyler and Kandis expanded Savvy Nursery, opening their first store front in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood.
